Clove Catering began as a small family-run kitchen in Bhiwandi, cooking home-style South Indian breakfasts and Marathi thalis for neighbourhood gatherings. Word spread the way good food always does - one delighted guest at a time.
Today, our team of chefs and service professionals caters everything from office lunch programs to grand wedding receptions across Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Thane, and Mumbai - while still cooking every dish the way we did on day one: fresh, from scratch, and true to tradition. Idli batter fermented overnight, puran poli rolled by hand, and varan tempered in pure ghee.
